Höpler wines have a clear signature. They tend to be delicate, elegant and high in minerality. They are excellent to drink on their own but versatile when it comes to food and wine pairing.
Höpler Trockenbeerenauslese will accompany our final course. Better known by wine experts as 'liquid gold' we believe this wine may be the highlight of the selection of stunning wines we're pouring at this exclusive dinner.
Trockenbeerenauslese (literal meaning: "dried berries selection") is the highest in sugar content in the Prädikatswein category of the Austrian wine classifications. Trockenbeerenauslese wines, often called "TBA" for short, are made from individually selected grapes affected by noble rot.
