One of the main reasons Brian returned home to Scotland was to access its abundant and outstanding quality of natural produce.

Plump hand-dived scallops, fresh fish, beef and lamb and an unbeatable selection of game - Scotland is truly blessed with the best!

Brian enjoys a long-standing relationship with his fresh produce suppliers - the majority of which span his almost eighteen years of trading. These close relationships (now regarded more as friendships) facilitate Brian's ability to source the absolute best quality produce available to the market. Further to this, menus are created based on seasonal availability, ensuring the highest quality of dishes all year round.

Brian’s a la carte offering includes a selection of prime cuts of meat, like succulent loin of Scotch lamb and delicious scotch sirloin steak. Fresh fish is always a highlight too, with special consideration given to reputable sourcing and sustainability.


For culinary enthusiasts, we offer our Celebration Menu – a selection of six dishes selected by Brian and served as taster portions. For wine lovers, there’s an option to have our expert sommeliers match wine to each course.

Lunch and Pre-theatre, à la carte, Vegetarian and events menus

Our lunch and pre-theatre offering is a selection of three starters, three mains and three desserts that comprise of produce that was available Market fresh. Priced at 25.50 for three courses, this menu will prove excellent value for efficient business lunches, ladies who like to leisurely lunch and also is a brilliant pre-theatre/early dining option.

Alongside all these menus a full vegetarian selection is always available, and all special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.
