Event Schedule: Relax with a glass of bubbles on arrival at 11.45am and soak up the ambience of our downstairs lounge. At midday, Brian will demonstrate the preparation of one starter and one main course selected from his repertoire of award winning dishes. Explaining every facet & imparting tips and knowledge from his long career. After a round of questions and answers it is time to head upstairs and enjoy the dishes demonstrated.
