Brian Maule is one of the most renowned chefs in Scotland today and his fine dining restaurant has been creating the most exquisite wedding breakfasts for intimate city weddings at his chic Victorian townhouse premises in Glasgow city centre.
Despite the grand surroundings, Brian’s approach to weddings is very informal to ensure the happy couple get exactly what they want for their big day.
Brian continues: “We’ve been catering for weddings for several years now and what makes us unique is our personal approach. We have an informal meeting with the bride and groom and basically talk about their likes and dislikes to create a stunning wedding package that is unique to them.
Our event planner, along with Brian, will be with you from day 1 and be there on the day to ensure that you wedding is just as you want it to be.
Our private dining rooms can cater for up to 60 guests for a sit down meal and a if you are looking to invite evening guests we can accommodate up to 90 people.
