Coming to Brian Maules

Brian Maule has been serving gourmet food since he opened the doors of his award-winning fine dining restaurant, Brian Maule @ Chardon d’Or, in 2001.

Since then the business has grown and now includes private dining facilities, event facilities and meeting rooms, making this the perfect venue for special occasions and business functions alike.

It is a delight to me to recommend someone whom I have had the highest regard for twenty years.
Our eleven years together at le Gavroche showed me time and time again what he was capable of and it is a thrill to see these standards maintained at le Chardon dOr, I look forward to every visit!
