We are delighted to be able to bring to you Mr Richard Paterson, Master Blender from Whyte & Mackay, on the evening of Wednesday 20th May, who will be talking through his choice of accompaniment for Brians’ specially designed menu.

Richard who is 3^rd generation of in a family which has long been associated with the Scotch Whisky Industry. joined Whyte & Mackay distillers and within 5 years became their Master Blender, aged 26. He was reputed to be Scotlands youngest Master Blender. From then on he has taken Whyte & Mackay to the top of thier game, winning many fantastic awards and accolades and spends alot of his free time being from President of Wines & Spirits Scotland to being invited to Monaco to make a special whisky presentation to HSH Prince Rainier III and crown Prince Albert as well as many other fascinating achievements!

This is an evening not to be missed!!

The night will comprise of a 7pm Reception, followed by a Gala Dinner, and thanks to kind sponsorship of Richard and Whyte & Mackay we are able to bring in at £50 per person.
