Brian’s career has seen him work with some of Europe’s best chefs including ten years as head Chef for the Roux brothers Two Michelin Starred Le Gavroche.

You will form part of a management team sharing responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant, private dining, staff training and development, customer service of the highest standards, cash management and general administration.

The role will suit someone who wishes to continue to develop their career at the very top level of customer service, focusing on honing their skills and contributing to constant improvement of the business and customer experience.

Eye for detail – This should influence every facet of the role from mise en place, service and close down at the end of the service.
