Exploring Bordeaux Dinner
On Friday September 20, 2013 join Brian at le Chardon d’Or to explore the wines of the world’s most famous wine region, Bordeaux.
Brian’s food is a natural companion to the great wines this region has to offer and starting from 7.00pm with aperitifs Brian will prepare a four course menu followed by coffee, tea and handmade chocolates.
Brian will be joined by Fraser Alexander of Alexander Wines, an independent wine merchant and supplier to the restaurant trade in Scotland for over thirty years. He will guide us through wines from different parts of Bordeaux matching them to Brian’s fine food and sharing his intimate knowledge of the area.
To complete the evening Fraser has kindly offered a magnum of 2007 Chateau Kirwan, 3eme Cru Classe, to give away to one lucky guest; a famous wine from the Margaux commune of the Medoc.
The cost of the evening will be £75.00 per person all inclusive.
