Making Room for Green Wines at Chardon d'Or

Since joining Le Chardon d’Or I have made a point of evolving and constantly building in interesting features to our wine list so that it is not just a list of wines but has a personality of its own that really adds to the dining experience.
The latest effort has been put into giving recognition to the many producers we use that grow there grapes organically or by bio dynamic principals. Not only are they doing there bit for the health and sustainability of the soil and environment they farm but the considerable effort these methods require also pays off in terms of the quality of fruit and in turn wine produced.
You can be fairly sure anyone going to the trouble of working the land this way really cares about what they’re doing and that their passion will result in a great bottle of wine.
When your next in the restaurant look for the organic and biodynamic symbols as a guide to the wines that have an extra reason to buy....
