Brian Maule has been serving gourmet food since he opened the doors of his award-winning fine dining restaurant, Brian Maule @ Chardon d’Or, in 2001.

Since then the business has grown and now includes private dining facilities, event facilities and meeting rooms, making this the perfect venue for special occasions and business functions alike.

    

    

Many restaurants can hit the culinary peaks on the odd occasion: reaching those peaks and sustaining that unfailing level of performance is what sets the great chefs apart. Eight years after opening, Chardon d’Or is a byword for consistently sublime food.
