Your day begins at 11.30am With a complimentary drink on arrival.
From 12pm Brian will then begin his cookery demonstration followed by a question and answer session where you get your chance to ask Brian any questions that you may have.
You will then sit down to a delicious 2 course lunch, followed by coffee & chocolates - all for only £40 per person.
