Brian will then demonstrate the preparation of two of his award winning dishes and explain every facet, answering any questions you have and imparting tips and knowledge from his long career.
After a round of questions and answers it is time to head upstairs and enjoy a two course lunch,
tasting the dishes demonstrated.
